Sexual Literacy and Social Change: Making Your Research Matter

Call for PresentationsThe National Sexuality Resource Center (NSRC) is pleased to announce its first regional training and conference on Sexual Literacy this October at the San Francisco State University Downtown Campus.  Sexual Literacy is about promoting lifelong sexual happiness and well being in individuals, relationships, and communities.  The purpose of this two day conference is to connect students, researchers, academics, and community organizations; provide training on sexual literacy and sexuality research; and spotlight work that promotes sexual literacy through research, education, and advocacy.

If you are doing research on a sexuality-related topic and live in the Western U.S. (Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington), we encourage you to submit a proposal for a presentation by Friday, September 19th. Presentations may be made in one of two formats: Oral Presentation of 15-20 minutes or Poster Presentation (please see Guidelines for Proposal ). A panel of students, faculty, and researchers will select the best student presentation proposal submitted for consideration.
