Girls Incorporated of Alameda County is a private, non-profit organization, which has provided quality programs for girls, young women and families for 50 years. Through cutting-edge programs, Girls Inc. is leading the effort to help every girl become strong, smart and bold. Girls Inc. seeks a full-time WOW! Program Coordinator with excellent skills to coordinate and deliver and after school program for fifth grade girls. WOW! is designed to increase the academic potential and and self-esteem of it's participants through a holistic and multi-cultural approach including after school sports, health and fitness, enrichment programs and family development. We are seeking and experienced and dynamic person who is creative, flexible, fun and able to communicate with both girls and adults, as well as supervise staff and coordinate all aspects of the WOW! program. Above all, this person must have the ability to spark curiosity, creativity and confidence in young girls while supporting improvements in their academic and social outcomes.
